Jazz
Free-style dance combining ballet, tap and acrobatic movements.
Hip-Hop
Street-style dance form using free movements. Develops students' strength
and endurance.
Lyrical
A freestyle movement combining jazz and ballet using body gestures to create
movement. Develops students' strength and technical ability.
Pointe
A ballet position in which the body is balanced on the extreme tip of the toe.
For the advanced ballet dancer. Develops core strength and overall technique.
